first stage was a phone call interview to get to know a bit more about the job and a few general questions about yourself such as long terms goals and why recruitment consultancy etc.

what qualities do you have that will benefit you in this position?
Very through, transparent interview process. A total of 4 interview steps. I spoke with numerous team members and gained different perspectives from each. My HR manager was extremely helpful throughout the entire interview process.
