J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Halodoc (Bengaluru) en août 2019
Entretien
My interview with Halodoc for DevOps I was quite good. It started with a task, that I had to complete in given time. After that in next round I was told to come to Bangalore office and there I had a technical, situation based & HR round.

Question 1
write ansible playbook for nginx server, write shell script
Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Halodoc (New Delhi)

The first round was to write a playbook in Ansible which is like a 2 hour assignment. They don't even have interview rooms and ask you to do it in the common area where you're constantly distracted by employees from other startups as well. They could've easily asked you to do it remotely rather than making you do it in the common area. Then the interview round itself was a very negative experience. The first interviewer asks very simple questions and wants you to write the steps on the board like you're a school kid. The next interviewer comes in and asks me two questions, one which I didn't know the answer to, the other one was a partial answer. The interviewer has the audacity to then ask "You're not very good at this, are you?". All because I couldn't answer one question in a day where I've spent 4 hours in their office already. How dare they ask something like that. If you have any self-respect do not bother interviewing at this place. BTW, I'm at one of the biggest tech companies in the world where the tech bar is much much higher and they have the audacity to do something like this. I told the recruiter about this, but he did not share the interviewer's name. Horrible experience.
