It was a relatively easy, casual seeming chat with 2 employees who have recently graduated from the rotational programme. No technical aspect but questions on my resume and experience. Lasted about 50 minutes.

It was a lovely process but had multiple interviews back to back. Feedback was typically received within a week of the interviews so that helped. The interviews focuses more on who are as an individual rather than your skill set.
