The interview process was pleasant and not complicated. Once I applied online, I received an email requesting a phone interview. I met verbally with a member of the management team, who was cheerful and easy to talk to. I was asked what brought me to the company, why I'd make a good merchandiser, and my strengths. I was informed about extensive hours during holidays, training, and other requirements. I was then offered the position and told my direct supervisor would be in touch. By the way, virtual training was thorough and provided full compensation for my time.
