First you take an evaluation test to assess your reading comprehension and numbers skills. Then right after if you pass they bring you in an tell you what the pay and benefits is and interview you. After that, you interview w/ a specific airline.

Entretien
interview by business manager, followed by HR interview/test. Interviews vary depending on different accounts (accounts meaning airlines). Once the business manager for individual account approves, the HR went ahead and interviewed. Basic math skills are needed for the test, but it was elementary level addition/subtraction.
