Simple and straightforward. Two stages. Written technical stage and a second round of behavioural testing with panelists. For the technical part, be prepared to answer questions on physics, doesn’t matter what your major was. And the behavioural part consist of scenario based questions which you should approach using the STAR method

Entretien
Phone interview first. Asked basic questions about engineering, school experience, projects and expectations from a job. I did about 10% of the talking, my interviewer did the other 90% explaining what the job entailed.
Next was a lunch interview. it was a rehash of the phone interview - they were looking for social skills and communication skills. Asked more questions concerning standards compliance, writing standards, and verified my expectations.

On campus interview, went in and lasted about 45 minutes. Very easy. They just asked me questions about my resume and how willing I was to travel. Then they said they would contact me about the next steps in the hiring process.
