Very laid back and informal yet I didn't have a problem with my supervisor back then.

I had an interview at Halliburton. I had to take a test in English and Math. Then, I had an interview with the HR lady, i don't remember her job title, she was very friendly and asked a few easy questions such as talk about yourself, what are your short-term objectives and why do you want to work with us, what makes you think we should hire you, what are your strengths. Then I had a test in MS excel, typing and writing a request letter for a leave. After that, I had about an hour interview with HR manager which was about questions to test my knowledge of the HR department, what I expect from the company. Although it was a boring interview and the HR manager kept on talking and talking, I have to say it was a learning experience for me.
