Hiring process was very long. It lasted for about 7-8 months. Firstly we had a test which was mainly about math, logic and some physics. My group mate and I got the best results with the highest possible scores.
Then, after maybe a month there was a technical interview with an Arabian guy. It lasted for approximately half an hour.
Following this, I gave a presentation in front of some 4 or 5 Halliburton guys about a technical topic related to oil and gas industry. Then, again an interview. This time it was mainly HR asking what I expected in terms of salary, career growth etc from Halliburton.
Then, finally I got a job offer.
So, the first step (test) was conducted in September 2010 and I got a job offer on June,2011.
It wasn't tough but I got tired a bit :)
Sit down one on one style, that was fairly informal. Sat down discussed backgrounds and went through job related questions for the rest of the time. Overall it was a positive experience.

Easy straightforward if you have previous experience.
Midland and Odessa are in the middle of no where and the rents there are very volatile, this should be the hardest part of being around there.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Halliburton (Houston, TX) en févr. 2015
Entretien
Very simple interview
Asked to explain who i am and what i have accomplished
Asked about different languages i speak and if i have work authorization
Very casual, the phone quality was bad though and it was hard to hear what the interviewer was trying to say.
Make sure you read a little about the job before the interview
