Camp specific interview, Another introduction to your life as a frac engineer. Emphasis on the long hours. If your easy going, can hold a conversation, seem smart, and willing to work the hours they want, you should have a good chance at getting an offer

Describe a time you've demonstrated leadership? Are you comfortable managing guys who are older than you?(i.e. every frac hand) Do you understand the nature of this work... long hours, out in the field, etc.?

You have to take several tests have to do a dot physical must pass drug screen and fill out paperwork and complete several forms then start orientation then travel to job site
