Poor process that does not inform candidate of interview outcomes. Recruiter screen followed by hiring manager interview. Good communication and speedy interview scheduling but post interview no outcome communicated. Simply left to wonder what happened. A TA process that doesn’t even inform candidates of an outcome after they’ve spent time interviewing with you is not a good one. I would assume all other processes would be equally poor.
