Had an interview with the HR and it went fine, questions were asked in my native language and in english as well, they also questioned my CV, projects I did in the past and stuff like that.
They messaged me in the same week saying I had an interview with the manager, it went really well actually.
But unfortunately, days later the HR said that the internship was on standby because of internal problems, my CV would be under their radar etc and I was spechless. It was better if they said I didn't get in... I was really hopeful.
The interview process consists of an initial screening by HR, followed by Interview Part 1 with the Hiring Manager. Candidates who are shortlisted will then proceed to Interview Part 2.
