- Screening It was straight forward questions about the candidate background and his tech stack. - Technical It was long and about everything in regards to backend, not too technical though, My reflection about the interview: I have wasted time going through the process as they didn't seem to be seriously recruiting. It seems to me that they are just a bunch of seniors trying to practice how to interview and follow interview trends, My reflection about the interviewee: Met a disrespectful interviewee with all due respect as they've wasted candidates time without even getting back to them after taking the stupid long interview process, and stalling candidates for months.

they have a very good interview process, overall people were nice and helpful during the interview process 1-recruiter screening call:- asked about my experience, company, benefits 2-Technical Interview:- was around one hour, we discussed my experience then he started ask me question related my current stack (microservice, kafka and event driven architecture) interviewee was so helpful 3-Technical Interview:- three hours interview (technical question, coding, system design) 4- Interview [Head of Engineering]:- he explained more about company vision what they are building, growth ... etc
