Spoke with someone in HR. Took 3 tests for company. Stated after I completed the tests that they would be following up with candidates who made the next step. No call, and no response to email asking about status. Understand I was not selected for next step but after the time and effort put in to the process you would think HR would have the humility to respond that they were moving on without me...

Several interviews trying to gauge personality and see if you are fit to run your own business. On campus interview, in person tour, call with company psychologist, and interview with regional manager.
The initial interview was good. It was a get to know you type of conversation. Next steps were explained. You will not go further until you complete the assessments. The assessments were pretty low quality, and there was plenty of questions to be raised regarding the data given. I personally never heard back after the assessment.
