There was testing that occurred before the actual interview took place. The tests were not hard but did require a lot of thinking. I already worked for the company so I talked to the Region manager and based on what the testing showed we came up with a development plan.

like getting into the CIA. There are multiple tests and multiple interviews before you ever meet in person. After the in person interview, the process moves rather quickly.
Overall it is worth it, but the process is lengthy and overwhelming
