I have 3 steps interview - HR (Initial Process) - take home test to create full stack apps - Live Teaching with head of academic - HR (Offering) - just a short session to inform the offering and benefits

Standard Interview process with probably 2 rounds of interview as follows: 1st round: HR Interview + Coding Interview 2nd round: Teaching Interview After the 2nd round there might be some optional stuff to do but usually offers are given after candidates passed both Interview rounds.
