I initially was contacted by HR and went through an interview process consisting of three rounds of interviews the first being with the managing partners the second being with partners in the department I would be working and the third being with more additional partners I would be working with. All of the attorneys were very easy to speak with and clearly intelligent well versed attorneys, however I had a difficult time with the HR and some very antiquated hiring procedures.
