I recently interviewed for the Senior Data Engineer position at HackerOne and had an excellent experience throughout the process. Interview Process: The interview consisted of five well-structured rounds: 1. Recruiter screening 2. Hiring Manager discussion 3. Technical coding assessment 4. System design round with the Staff Lead 5. Take-home assignment with a demo presentation to the VP Overall Impression: The interview process reflected a well-organised, respectful company that values candidates' time. The technical rounds were challenging but fair, and the take-home assignment was a great way to demonstrate real-world problem-solving skills. I felt the process was thorough without being exhausting, and every interaction left a positive impression.
