Went back for a second interview with Manager and Director, as well as board president. Interview was 20+minutes. Many questions regarding interacting with volunteers and prior employees, coming in as a new (and younger) assistant manager. Overall, good (but nerve-wracking) experience.

Easy, simple. Asked general question about experience in the past job, and why work at Habitat. More questions about how will I provide customer service and support. Got a call 3 days later, was offered the role. They asked for reference and then was given offer letter
