Initial phone interview and then a video interview with the CTO. Very informal. Not really a surprise considering it’s a non-profit.
After the interview with the CTO I sent two follow up emails and didn’t get a response. That’s unacceptable in my eyes, and says everything about the company.

Basic sys admin stuff. I remember that the CTO really wanted someone with a lot of Azure experience to lead their future cloud migrations, but my experience there was limited.
