The interview process at Habitat is conducted in stages. It begins with an interview with specialists, namely the HSS Manager and/or WASH Manager, focusing on technical competencies and understanding of safety standards and WASH programs. This is followed by an interview with the Senior Project Manager to assess project management and operational readiness. The final stage is an interview with the user to ensure alignment with team needs and working dynamics.

I had two interviews both with several interviewers asking questions. Members of the board of directors, executive director, and construction committee members were all there.

How would you conduct a days work with 30 volunteers, what would that day look like if your were framing/or painting/or interior work.
The interview was straightforward, about an hour long and consisted of a mix of standard interview questions and job-specific scenario questions. HR, the Project Manger and the Department Director were present.
