A recruiter contacted me via email two weeks after I submitted my application for an in-person interview with the department managers at their offices. The interview was the typical process, they asked standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, why this company, qualifications, etc) and then ask if you have any questions. There are two managers that interviewed me. One was welcoming the other seemed kinda disinterested. My interview was pretty short so I had a sense already that I probably wasn't being picked. Overall the communication and interview were good. Probably should've practiced my interviewing skills more in order to stand out more.
