Unprofessional. The directly messaged me on Indeed saying they'd found my resume and thought I'd be a good fit. This was not just the standard "you're invited to apply" email that Indeed will send out; their recruiter directly messaged me. Over a week has passed, and they then never returned my message, even after follow-up. And again, they contacted me first. I understand if some error was made in reaching out to me, but basic common courtesy would at least dictate a response.
