It was online interview and are basically behavioral questions. You will be asked about your experience with customer service and how you handle things when it comes to unusual situations.

In person, very polite and personable interviewers. Felt very calm and welcoming. It felt easy going in that I was not nervous and they did give me a heads up to prepare stories relating to the position.

Milap and Darrell were friendly and made me feel right at home at HUB. The questions and scenarios presented were very reasonable and aligned with the job requirements. I was informed with what I needed to know in terms of the communication process and after-hire details.

Entretien
The interview process was very calming. Throughout the process, any questions I had, Darrell was very informative and quick with responses. This made me feel very comfortable and informed about everything that was occurring. Overall, a great experience!
