I was initially contacted on LinkedIn by a member of the talent acquisition team. After expressing interest, I received a phone call asking me a few questions and explaining the position I would be applying for. I then took an assessment and eventually went to the office for an interview. The interview was me, 2 managers, and the member of the talent acquisition team who initially contacted me.
