There was a zoom meeting with the branch operations manager then an in person meet and greet with the local management team. Both were lovely to speak with and both were very open about the possible advancements involved in this career

The interview was conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams and lasted approximately 30 minutes. It followed a fairly standard format, with questions focused on my experience, the role’s expectations, and how I would contribute.
