A former colleague reached out to me via LinkedIn then by phone who now manages multiple teams regarding an opening. I was interested so they put me in contact with the hiring manager. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then with a couple of people on their team. I met again with the former colleague in person, and then received a call from the hiring manager who offered me the job!

Perhaps you don't have Cyber knowledge, but would you feel comfortable discussing with a client, their Cyber coverage over the phone or in person, and how would you explain Ransomware coverage to them?

I had a phone call with a former colleague who now manages multiple teams including the one where they were looking for a colleague to fill an open position. After expressing interest, I was put in touch with the hiring manager. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and was then put in touch with a couple other members of the team who had a zoom interview with me. I then had a phone call with the hiring manager who offered me the job!

With your perhaps limited knowledge of Cyber, how would you describe Ransomware to a client who was asking how coverage for the Ransomware section of a Cyber policy works? And would you feel comfortable answering these types of questions over the phone or in person with a client?
