Entretien
Was approached via LinkedIn, which led to a series of interviews and discussions with VP-level and above leaders. Every HUB leader I met with was extremely professional, respectful, and polite and expressed their goals for the position and the team very clearly and precisely. Ensure I met with all appropriate leaders to ensure team and culture fit. Final interview was me presenting to a panel of leaders on a subject of my choice for ~10 minutes, which is perhaps a tab abnormal but was very unique and exciting.

Interview questions ranged from past experiences, personal interests and passions, future goals and aspirations, my thoughts and opinions on how I envisioned myself fitting in, and allowed me the opportunity to ask more about the company and role at every step of the way.

Entretien
Completed two interviews, both went very smoothly. Loved that it was more of a discussion than the typical behavioural interview question format. I could have talked to both interviewers for hours. They were knowledgeable about the business and were interested in my experiences.
