The entire interview process was clear and well organized. The company's HR department went through all steps and cleared out all questions I had. From the pre-screen telephone interview to the reference check, they were very thorough. It is a high-level process that is consistent with a high-performing company.

Entretien
The interview was conducted right on time. I was a bit intimidated at first as there was more than one interviewer, however, both interviewers made me feel extremely comfortable and the environment was professional and approachable. All the interview questions were relevant and fair. I was given plenty of information about the organization and the job position at the beginning as well as near the end of the interview.

There was a question that caught me off guard as it was something I had never been asked during an interview. I do not remember the exact wording but they asked something along the lines of:
Tell us about a time where you made a critical mistake and how did you resolve it?

Friendly and cordial, nothing in particular stood out to me about this interview aside from that it was done during the pandemic so it was done via webcam, which was obviously understandable.
