I applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter. I scheduled a 30 minute phone call to learn more about the position. Afterwards the second interview was through Skype due to COVID. I was informed I would be Skyping with two teams. There was suppose to be 30 minutes with one team followed by 30 minutes with the second team. We agreed on a set time 1pm and the two teams decided to combine the interview and not inform me so I was on Skype waiting for 35 minutes trying to get in contact with the recruiter. At 1:35 the teams finally appeared on the screen and informed me they decided to change the time of the interview and did not email or call me with the updated time. Immediately after this level of unprofessionalism I was no longer interested in working for the company. I continued on with the interview since I already wasted 35 minutes, I followed up with an email to the recruiter informing her about how unprofessional it is to keep an interviewee waiting for 35 minutes. I do not recommend interviewing for this company, the position says accounting associate but it is just data entry.

The interview process was quite simple. Firstly, there was a phone interview, just asking some basic questions about myself and then a video interview. The virtual interview was really good. There were different situational, behavioural and some fun questions too. Overall, the interview process was great.
