It was great. The communication was clear regarding the time frame, next steps and expectations. I felt it was more prompt that many companies which facilitated a quicker start date.

The first interview was with a HR person via the phone. The process was easy and professional. This lead to an in-person interview with the Facilities team and managers. This was the first in-person interview I have done since COVID, but the process was safe and comfortable. After some online questions/background check, there was one more follow-up interview.
