Interviewer was extremely approachable, helped to ease the nerves. Unfortunately they build a false confidence in interviewee - use expressions like; "you'd be a great addition" and "your skill set is exactly what we're looking for", yet they toss you out the door and move onto the next candidate. Don't expect to hear anything if unsuccessful.

Nous sommes bien accompagné lors du processus d'embauche. Les ressources humaines effectuent des suivis et peuvent apporter de l'assistance si jamais nécessaire. Les étapes sont également bien détailler par une équipe qui sait bien travailler ensemble

I went through 3 interviews. Two of them were with management and the last one was with the producer on my team. I was a pretty quick and painless process.

They asked what my background in insurance was. They also asked me about a couple departments to see which team I would prefer.

Received a phone call, they hire an external company to handle the first round interviews. They asked questions about research and teamwork, but the most surprising thing they said to me was "Oh? So you have a range for your preferred salary and not a specific number? Can you just give a specific number?" And we all know we have to give a range to make sure we don't get underpaid, so I thought this comment back to my answer to her question was very unprofessional.
