I applied online and took a lengthy assessment. Two weeks later I received an email asking me to schedule a phone interview and to select my interview time. The recruiter called at my exact time scheduled. It was really easy and she was really nice. Went over the benefits and requirements of the job and then asked me two simple questions after the second question she offered me the job.

Lasted 32 minutes. No computer stuff was done. Asked alot of, "what did you do in this situation," questions.Asked questions about my past employment and experiences in customer service mostly.
