They asked all the generic pre-approved questions. Examples are tell me about a time when you had a difficult situation that needed an immediate answer. What steps did you take and what was the resolution. They already knew who they wanted to hire for the position. Posting the position is just a required formality to avoid litigation.

Applied via Email. Next step was online interview. Use skype like process rather than a one on one interview. Was odd but not bad. The process was quite simple via my laptop.
