It is easier than normal summer interns because placement is less competititve
Most of the questions are behavioral questions
First written application. Then, about a week later a HireVue-like interview with behavioral questions only. Then about a month later, an HR call and an interview-person interview with the hiring manager of the department.
Two rounds. First one is online assessment where you have around 3 chances to record for each question. Second one is Manager Interviews. Most questions are based on your CV so there’s no fixed answer.
