There are four stages: online assessment, video interview, face-to-face interview with two managers, and virtual interview with higher managers. Behaviour questions will be asked, e.g. how you provide excellent customer service, how to prioritise task, and what do you think the challenge will be in this role.
Good but not great hat is your strengths and weaknesses not that hard but not that easy. prepare well beforehand for tough questions. brace for impact. make sure you are well advanced
I did a face to face interview with two manager, it was pretty chill, but the pay is under my expectations. Also, you might need to work on Saturday as well.

The process is very lengthy . First you have to answer a series of questions online the. You get picked up for 2x interviews. One with the branch manager and customer service manager and one with the regional manager. Come prepared
