The most ridiculous process I have gone through. At a mid-senior level, I was forced to take behaviour tests for 20 minutes, then a round of recorded video interviews, pre-screen with the recruiter, before I ever met someone from the business. I was then turned away before that because the machine said I didn't get enough points answering behavioural questions right. Everyone during the interview process felt extremely robotic and soul-less, didn't have a clear idea about the role either. HR then follows-up with the most mechanical answer that's just so far away from real world practice.

Bad, after 3-4 rounds of interview company (all cleared) company didn’t proceed because they required candidates who posses more experience (like 5+ & i had 2+) years of experience in the industry. If this was the case they should not have wasted the time & energy of candidate and themselves.
