Phone interview that was very dry. The woman clearly read off of a piece of paper and the questions were long which made it tough to answer the entire question because you forgot the beginning by the end

Tell me a time that you have failed, and what you learned from this
I had phone interview with Recruitment Coordinator. The interview was short, and most of them are behavior questions. She explained the position and asked if I am good at Microsoft suite and if I am willing to take the exam on excel. The interview went about 20 minutes, and expect to give examples on behavior questions.

Entretien
The first step was a phone interview. The interviewer was dry and hard to make a connection with. The interview was all behavioral so it was not hard. A week later I received a call to have an interview at the HQ of HSBC. The interview will take place with three different people and have an excel exam in the beginning.
