My resume was lying with them for a month or so. However when I was called for interview, it was a a whole day face to face interview. Interviewed ith several managers. All the managers were professional and friendly. They asked practical real life problem solving questions. At the end I met the senior manager, who briefed me about the benefits etc and asked general questions. While walking back, i was given the offer.

Very slow and non transparent hiring process. Took 1 month to schedule interview and then was told that position will be closed in. 2 weeks. After conducting 2 rounds in a single days there was no communication for 2-3 weeks from HR. Even after multiple reachouts he told its on hold. Both interviews went well and were relatively easy. I feel the process can be more transparent where feedbacks are provided to candidates and are not kept wondering.
