I was not hired by HSBC as a consequence of an interview process but through an operation of an acquisition did by HSBC to a Bank in Colombia. Therefore I can not have a good feedback about this process in HSBC Group.
In only can affirm that after the acquisition HSBC implemented ASAP their policies a trained the staff on it.

Doesn't explain why they rejected, interviewer sounds dismissive. When asked for reason, they did not get back nor explain the reason for rejection. I think it is important to have common courtesy

Interviewer didn’t share much about the current team and reason of hiring.
The interview is around 1.5hr long.
