Started with numerical and reasoning tests, then came an interview with HR which covered questions about what HSBC does and why you want to work for HSBC. Finally there was an interview with relatively senior management in the department, which had some overlap with the questions asked by HR, and going through your resume in greater detail.
All virtual. Firstly CV submission without a cover letter, Secondly online apt test + situational test + mini tasks, Thirdly HR phone call, Finally super day for individual behavorial and technical questions.

Entretien
The process starts off with an hour-long values-based test accompanied by a data analysis test and then moves on to a job simulation accompanied by online interview questions. After that, HR asked me for my transcript and proof of a visa in the country I applied for.

- assessment centre: one round interview, asking about technical and behavioural questions - before the assessment centre, there is an apt test and job simulation The interview is conducted in group.
