Contacted by a recruiter directly from HSBC (she got my CV from the database of a job website). First I had a 30 minutes interview with the lady when she asked competency based questions (which was the biggest challenge in your life, tell me about a situation when you used your investigation skills, and similar). Then I was invited for a group interview where we were about 30 candidates. We split into 2 groups and we played two role based games, one organised in teams against each other, and the other one without teams. Then we did a proofreading individual assessment which lasted 10 minutes, where they tested our attention to details. I was invited finally to the last stage where I met the manager of the team for a 1:1 interview. The interview went quite well but he was not very convinced. In the end I didn't receive the offer.
