Entretien
Started with a video-based SJT mixed with numeracy and verbal reasoning questions, purely multiple choice. Then proceeded to Job Simulation, where I answered some questions about the division (eg. challenges faced), did some more numerical questions and wrote an email. Final part was Assessment Centre where I had a technical and strengths based interview alongside some group exercises.
Only situation based assessment happened after i applied to the position.
no follow was there.
its been more than 30 days for the experience.
not even a mail for rejection.
In the system, it is said to have an HR call recently. But nothing happened in the following 3 months, Then it is shown that I have already failed. Overall, it is very strange and waste of time.

It was long process with many rounds of interview, I was able to clear the 1st round but then next round was MCQ in which there python, sql questions and coding questions as well, the difficulty level was high.
