Applied online. Did online test and an video interview with multiple choice questions. Then invited to assessment centre. Flew to Hong Kong for the assessment centre. Three interviews and interviewers were nice. Whole process was relaxing and there were helpful tips. Overall a good experience.

The online assessment stage takes approximately 90 minutes. Verbal Reasoning Test (~15 min, 15 questions) – Evaluate written information and determine if statements are true/false/cannot say Numerical Reasoning Test (~15 min, 8-10 questions) – Interpret financial data, percentages, graphs Inductive/Logical Reasoning Test (~15 min, 8-10 questions) – Identify patterns in shapes/symbols Values Assessment (Situational Judgement Test) (~30 min, 15-25 scenarios) – Rank responses to workplace scenarios aligned with HSBC's core values: Dependable, Open, Connected
