In many instances the exact role is not described properly by the interview panel and important information about the work is not given, leading to misconceptions about the job profile. This leads to dissatisfaction and demotivation when the person actually understands the job description and start working. Sometimes questions asked by candidates is also not answered properly by the panel, making the candidate confused and anxious.

Conceptual and requires intellect as well as common sense. Requires hands on experience and in-depth knowledge of the tools and technologies the incumbent has worked on. Involves different rounds of interview to land a certain job at HSBC.
Easy interview process, all rounds are covered same day. Interviewers are conducted in a friendly environment. Hassle free. Overall satisfied. Interview process is as per the industry standards...... I would recommend

Entretien
The interview process consisted of three stages: HR interview, Initial interview, and Final interview. The Initial interview primarily served as a technical assessment to evaluate your suitability for the role. Additionally, situational questions were included to assess your personality and work habits. Overall, the process is manageable with adequate preparation. Although I did not receive an offer for the initial role, I was redirected to another position instead.
