This consisted of a case study where you had to give written recommendations which were assessed, afterwards group exercise based on the case study where we had to discuss our recommendations. Mid-group discussion assessor came in with "new information" which we had to evaluate. Following group discussion 2 interviews one competency the other one "business scenarios" (e.g. 'you've been asked to work on two projects, but know you can't complete both in time- what would you do?').
