Entretien
Assessment Center basically conducted via case analysis. 4 candidates a group, and 4 interviewers, 2 hr and 2 managers. around 30 ~ 40 min to read the case book (for me it is the credit card feasibility analysis in different countries, each candidate would be responsible for one country). After that, 5 min presentation and 3 min Q&A. 10-min break and group discussion and report. For the group discussion, still the same topics, but the questions changed (how to separate the budget and the priority of countries for the credit card launch). Write a group report individually, but make sure the result is consistent with your group mates.
5 rounds: CV, Online Assessment through SHL, one-way Video Interview, Group Case, and Final Interview. Total time taken from beginning till end: 3 months.
I believe a strong CV with relevant experience in banking or activities that shows yourself as a dynamic person with good problem-solving mindset (case competitions, side projects) is a key to successfully pass first 3 rounds.
