Online application then Phone interview. Will go to assessment day after that. Online application involved four questions that dealt with strength and weakness and current news, and finally a situtional judgement and how you will react from it.

1st Round was easy, only behavioral, basic questions about general fit. 2nd round had easy technicals about certain private banking sectors, where you see the future of banking going, and one case study

Intern role: final assessment centre was a combination of online skills assessment and 1-1 interview with a manager. The assessments were where they flashed a long qn on the screen and u had to record your answers

Entretien
I took an online assessment and was then invited to a super day. I cycled through 4 interviews, each with a 30-minute interview. I was then instructed to wait a week to hear back. It ended up taking a couple months to hear back.
