I had given interview for HSBC-GLT.
First Round (Telephonic) : Got a call from a HR. She asked the my current project and role.
Second round (Ability test) : The next day I have received a link from their end which included a 30mins basic logical ability test.
Third Round (F2F) : I was called in for the F2F interview. It was a video conferencing with a Manager ,who was in Malaysia and other was with me in the same room.
First thing he asked me to answer all the question w.r.t my current project in my organization. Then they have explained the whole project which I have work on in detail. It was overall a friendly interview. They were interested in more of analysis, communication, managerial skills rather than technical skills.
There were no domain specific questions asked.
Fourth Round : I got a call for the Salary negotiation after 3-4 weeks of the F2F interview.
