HR didn't bother to update me on my application status, and only updates whenever I drop a reminder regarding my application. Turns out, they offered me another sales role and ignored my question when I asked what happened to the previous role I applied for. Simply said, they did not even have the budget for the role I was applying for, even though I expected a 3.2 to 3.5, which was reasonable given the fact that they stated 4k+ on the job listing.
