The entire process took 1 month. The first stage was an online assessment The second stage was a computer literacy test The third stage was a power point presentation The fourth stage was a panel interview. The fifth stage was supposed to be another interview with the said employer. But I didn't get any feedback from Hreade, even after sending a mail to know the update. It was very unprofessional to be ghosted. A simple mail stating a reason why they didn't want to proceed would have been better. I would say I regret wasting my time on all those steps, just to end up in that situation.
